Fromartharie Announces Appointment of New Regional Manager

MILLINGTON, NJ, January 30, 2006- Fromartharie has announced the appointment of Ralph de Butler to the position of Western U.S. Regional Manager. Ralph has extensive knowledge and a long record of successful sales performance in the value-added deli category with specialty cheese and meats, as well as other specialty food products.

For the past 10 years, Ralph served as Western Regional Sales Manager and Western Development Sales Manager for Swiss Rose Int’l. Prior to this Ralph was Western Regional Sales Manager for Stinson Seafood and L.A. District Sales Manager for Besnier, U.S. Lactalis.

Roth Käse USA Ltd Agrees to Sales/Marketing Alliance with
Fromartharie Inc.

MONROE, Wisconsin—Roth Käse USA Ltd. (Roth Käse), the Monroe, Wisconsin-based manufacturer and marketer of a wide range of handcrafted specialty cheeses, has agreed to enter into a Sales and Marketing Agreement with Fromartharie Inc., a leading value added specialty cheese/products sales agency, with regional offices throughout the United States. Under this alliance, Roth Käse will represent and distribute selected Fromartharie brands to the food service channels of distribution nationally, and Fromartharie will market the Roth Käse brands to retail channels nationwide.

Fermo Jaeckle, along with Felix and Ulrich Roth, founded Roth Käse USA in 1991 to manufacture and bring to market high-quality US produced specialty cheeses. Fromartharie Announces Appointment of New Regional Manager
MILLINGTON, NJ. September 2005 - Fromartharie has announced the appointment of Lisa Cozart to the position of Central U.S. Regional Manager. Lisa was formerly with the Swiss-American Company in St. Louis, where she assumed increasing roles of responsibility in sales management over her ten year tenure.

In her new role at Fromartharie, Lisa will assume responsibility for calling on the retail, specialty, and food service channels of distribution in the Midwest region on behalf of the Fromartharie family of products. Additionally, she will be crafting “sales driving” marketing initiatives to support these customers’ sales growth
